100% Raw Honey. Our honey in produced in Big Island, Hawaii. It is filtered to perfection and is one of the best tasting honey you will ever try.

Our bee’s roam the slopes of Mauna Kea, gathering their nectar from trees and plants in the area that bloom year round. Plants such as; guava, mango, apple, lilikoi, lychee, ginger, eucalyptus, and oranges, etc., which gives the honey such an amazing and unique taste. We don’t use any pesticides or chemicals in our hives or on any plants around our farm. All honey that is produced, are from the bees gathering nectar. Some bee keepers will need to feed their bees when plants in the area are not blooming. Fortunately we are blessed to be in an area where our plants bloom year round. This means that our bees can harvest nectar all year and produce 100% pure natural honey.

Our honey is bottled in leak-proof food grade bottles/jars. To ensure the natural state of our honey is kept, we never heat our honey during the extraction process. Storage of our honey is safely secured and never kept over 100 degrees.

All PURE honey can crystallize over time, but does not spoil. If your honey crystallizes, you can liquify it by placing the bottle or jar in water that is not hotter than 99 degrees and stir occasionally. Heating the honey breaks up the crystals to make it liquid again, but you want to be sure it is not heated over 100 degrees so it maintains its natural nutrients.
